Jennifer Oakley

Dip Adult Nursing, BSc Comm Nursing, MSc LMHSC Founder and Lead Tutor

Jennifer is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of clinical experience and the founder of both Clear Ear Essex and The Ear & Foot Academy. After qualifying in Adult Nursing in 2006, she spent many years providing community-based care before specialising in ear care and microsuction. Through her work with thousands of patients, Jennifer developed a passion for training others and raising standards within the profession. Today, she leads the Academy and is dedicated to helping students build the knowledge, confidence and practical understanding needed to succeed.

Bridie

Foot Health Professional and Ear Wax Removal Specialist

Bridie joined the team in 2020 and quickly developed extensive experience in both ear care and foot health. Having carried out thousands of ear wax removal procedures and worked with a wide range of patients, she is known for her calm, compassionate and reassuring approach. Bridie has particular experience supporting people with anxiety, autism, dementia and learning difficulties, helping every patient feel comfortable and understood.

Lorna

Consultant

Lorna brings a wealth of healthcare experience, including 15 years working within the NHS. Her passion for foot health led her to qualify as a Foot Health Practitioner before expanding her skills into ear care. Lorna is passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing and takes pride in delivering professional, patient-focused care.

Sharon

Consultant

After overcoming her own health challenges, Sharon retrained to help others improve their health and quality of life.

With a background in wellbeing and reflexology, she later qualified in Foot Health Practice and now supports patients through professional foot care services.

Her warmth, empathy and life experience make her a valued member of both the clinic and Academy team.
